Raise Data Recovery for Mobile |
Raise Data Recovery for Mobile product is specially designed for lost and deleted files recovery from Windows Mobile based devices such as PDA or mobile phones. The product supports FAT or FAT32 formatted extended storage data recovery such as built-in extended storage and compatible removable flash cards.
The product is based on desktop UFS Explorer Standard Recovery product, however file access and recovery with Raise Data Recovery for Mobile is available for FAT and FAT32 file system only.
The key product features include:
- Host OS: Supported Microsoft PocketPC 2003, Windows Mobile 5.x and Windows Mobile 6.x.
- Installer: Available for desktop Windows and Windows Mobile.
- Supported file systems: FAT and FAT32, including 'Transact' editions;
- Recovery: lost file systems recovery, deleted files recovery (undelete), damaged file systems reconstruction.
- Localization: Raise Data Recovery identifies localized file names even on non-unicode file systems and recognizes UTF-16, UTF-8 and ASCII with local code pages.
- Additional features: Save/restore scan results; basic support of data recovery from main storage using virtual file system driver.
The product targets:
- Self-service lost or deleted files recovery from Windows Mobile based devices;
- Replacement to desktop data recovery products where they cannot be used (data recovery in road or trip or for devices with non-removable extended storage);
- Data recovery in road or trip from digital devices with compatible memory cards (photo cameras etc.).
Special requirements:
Software requires at least 240x240 device screen resolution with recommended 'touch screen'. PocketPC 2003 and older devices may not support digital signature on installer CAB files, thus it's recommeded to use non-signed CAB files for this kind of devices. It's recommended to have at least 6MB of free memory to run data recovery.
