The problem could be caused by wrong encoding or code page on non-unicode file system. See File names encoding for possible solution. No files in directory This could mean files are deleted or directory record is damaged. In case you are sure there were some files, please try to find this data with UFS Explorer Recovery edition (Advanced scan tool). No removable drive in interface Please refer to Removable storages article for information how to detect removable storages. File system not detected This means either file system is not supported or it is allocated with unsupported disk partitioning style. If you are sure file system is supported, you may try to find the file system with UFS Explorer Recovery edition (scan for lost partitions tool). Software shows 'Application error' This means data you are working with caused unknown software problem and pending operation will be aborted. To resolve the problem please send the created problem code to us for analysis. Unable to copy file above 64KB The problem could be caused by locked copy of the software. Please refer to Software registration article for more details. |
