Floppy drives access specifics
UFS Explorer supports data access from floppy image files (.flp, .img and so on) as well as real floppy disks. It supports FAT12, UFS and other file systems on such media.
The default program behavior is not to detect floppy drives: input/output operations over these drives could be very slow or controller misconfiguration may cause very long access latency.
Thus to detect floppy drives you should use 'Rescan disks, including CD/DVD and floppies' tool (right-click 'Computer' on left panel and choose tool from context menu).
Note: sometimes input/output over real floppy disks might be very slow. If you are using UFS Explorer Recovery edition, it's recommended to make floppy disk image file if you planning to do many file system operation.
