Q: After ... software crashes. What can I do?
A: We are very insterested in software stability. Thus in case software crash occurs we would much appreciate if you send us the software crash report. Please include into this report software version, edition and crash details (exception code and exception address).
We would solve the problem ASAP.


Q: Software shows 'Application error' window and aborts scan...
A: Please send 'technical error information' to us. We would analyse this data and would fix the problem ASAP.

Q: What does this 'technical error information' mean?
A: The information contains:
  • Software code, version and edition (e.g. 'U-v3.9-3');
  • Windows edition, version, build and service pack;
  • Error code;
  • Error address;
  • Processor family and number of processors.
No any other information is included.


Q: Software 'eats' all the memory and stops...
A: This possible for Advanced Recovery on large disks or on disks with much files. You may reduce memory use by scanning not all the drive/partition but only part-by-part. See Advanced Recovery manual for more details.
