Q: Can I download the software somewhere after purchasing online?
A: Software is always available for download here. There are no difference between FULL and TRIAL installation packages.

Q: If I buy the UFS Explorer Recovery program online with credit card, will I get the serial code immediately?
A: You would receive your Registration Code immediatelly and automatically after order is authorized by reseller's system. It would be sent to your email address.

Q: I have an error message telling me this code is not valid...
A: Be sure you are:

• using latest software version;
• using right software edition;
• copying code with no leading/trailing spaces or space symbols.
